Cant see away fans being allowed back in this season so does it really matter when we play teams away?

I was hoping we might start getting in before the end of this year, but you may well be right.
Be nice to get to Scunthorpe for Boxing Day.

All the excitement of planning trips when the fixtures come out has gone.

I usually love fixture release day but today I feel nothing. Kind of like when I sleep with your mum.

Our away match at Salford could be a 'crucial countdown conundrum'
You've got to go there and come back, to know where you've been.

Eh? Notwithstanding the current situation don’t you think that having closer games in midweek is more sensible ? You’ve got less time to get there and you won’t get back as late.
Think your logic is 3200 mils out.

Isn't the elephant in the room in all this the fact that unless you have a multi millionaire backer like us then other clubs income streams will be significantly reduced to the point where there won't be many clubs left for us to play against? Has anyone suggested what these clubs alternative income might be and whether it will be sufficient to keep them going?

Has there been any talk of pay-per-view "virtual" tickets for all league games? Unsure whether this would attract more viewers than an actual game, and obviously the "ticket" would cost less, but better than nowt I suppose..

Don't forget though that clubs will now get some income from away games as fans will access them via their own club website. Home game money reduced but supplemented a bit by income from away games should mean survival hopefully.

With restricted capacities in October, I would think it will be at least Xmas before anyone other than ST holders will be allowed into home ends.
I think the concern over a 'winter spike' will see away trips off the agenda till the last couple of months of the season at best. Possibly not till 2021/22.

You and your big GOB
We can beat morecambe, false league position I think, wins have been narrow and when they've lost they've been hammered.

The problem with that is that we are also in a false league position as we should be bottom. If we stick with 3-5-2 we will lose heavily.
