Danny’s a long way from Gillingham!

And Andy Cook looks far too happy.

Don’t look many for a full squad

Good old fashioned team building exercises.
You've got to go there and come back, to know where you've been.

Bill Dearden used to have them running in Derbyshire. None of this going over to a training camp in Europe malarkey.

Doing well in training, come back fit and been spending time with Jimmy Knowles after training on finishing.... Seems the stags net narrative is wrong again.

As I have been saying on other threads, just because he couldn't play the GC 'pressing' game in January doesn't mean he can't do it now after a preseason tailored towards it. He is a goalscorer with a career record of better than 1 in 3, including a season at a higher level with a struggling team, and will be an asset to us this season.

Does this mean we have an away friendly somewhere up north today.

Cook is looking alot leaner.

If he's fit and ready to go I think he'll be a huge asset this season.
