He'd fit in the County midfield nicely, slow and useless

However it doesn’t seem that there was much fallout from the first alleged incident otherwise he would need to be incredibly stupid to let this happen.
My suggestion - get off the lads back and let the club deal with it. I’m sure they will be aware

Stupid or already released?

I can’t imagine a footballer would be stupid enough to go out the weekend after getting into a fight and being in the “public eye” if he is still under contract.

The guy is either an idiot or he genuinely needs help.

Exactly my point

He was out though, so I think he’s already been let go.

When do we get to see the highlights on iBooze/CCTV followed by his "Exit Interview" with Stevo?

Young Tomlinson seems determined to throw his career away. It sounds like he needs some help.

He could do with listening to some podcasts by former players. This one by former Burnley, Hull and Celtic player, Andy Payton, comes to mind.

From the info that I’ve been passed privately, he needs to be sacked.

I thought he had been according to some on here.

Ive missed most of this because I don't fancy reading pages about young Willem but what's he basically done, had a pint and a scrap outside a pub? Sounds like most pubs in Mansfield tbh. Disappointing as pre-season has started, idiot. Replace him asap.

Also think out of two young centre mids, Charsley is the better.

Whatever happens with Will Tomlinson, I hope the club or the PFA try and get him some counselling or help to try and get his career back on track. There is supposed to be more help for footballers now with mental health issues. It's sad to see a player just piss his career up a wall.

I wonder if he had any "issues" at Blackburn Rovers. Was that one of the reasons they released him?

It is and I apologise if it come across as strawberry teasing but I won’t betray the confidence. All I’ll say that is if the info I’ve got is pukka and I’ve no reason to think it isn’t, he’s gone.

What confidence is that? If you don't tell us who told you, but share the info surely that's fine?
Never understood when folk act like The gatekeepers of gossip. Just comes across like a small child singing 'i know something you don't know!" Didn't your parents not teach you to share ;)

To be fair to the lad, his one and only goal for us which just happened to be in our last game, was an absolute cracker.

But would you describe him as a Billy Big Boots or a Champagne Charlie or both?

Dry your eyes. The info I was passed is such that if I told what I’d heard, it would be easy to backtrack it and that wouldn’t be right. I’ve already said I’m sorry if it comes across as strawberry teasing but there’s part of the detail that could well be pretty serious and that will become apparent if the truth comes out. So in short, pick your lip up, calm your tits and wait to see. The purpose of my post wasn’t to tease, it was to express the seriousness of this.
