Just checked on Wayne Corden. He joined Scunthorpe in Feb 2005. It seems he left on a free as Carlton Palmer said he was free to leave.

Andy Saunders has confirmed that the club only received £10,000 and Haslam kept the money as part of the deal for selling the club.
