No they won the european cup ,when it was arguably harder to win because it only allowed the champions of countries in ,then won it again ,

No they won the european cup ,when it was arguably harder to win because it only allowed the champions of countries in ,then won it again ,
I'd say it was easier to win as there would only be half a dozen decent teams in it and a load of dross like Sligo Rovers ans Amonia Nicosia.

But you could not afford to lose three or four games and win it in those days
