Is he staying in an advisory position or has he got somewhere else lined up?
It all seems as if it has been planned if Bucko has been appointed so quickly

That surprises me as I always thought they had one of the most impressive sponsorship set ups in the lower leagues with all being national companies as opposed to local deals. It may be a sign of how belts will have to tighten.

Then surely he’d just take a pay cut.
That’s got to be better than nothing, hardly like everything fluid currently in football.

He has taken a 100% cut. He could still be advising without pay.

Fair. What I meant is he could have just stayed on as manager having taken a 100% paycut, but fair

The current management team, 2 Cloughs and a Crosby are leaving. Which is a big financial saving, a massive change of Direction at the club or a calculated gamble by Burton Albion? We will see at the half way stage of next season, whenever that is.

Well that's sad because Norman is talking bull. Burton are at the exact level they belong, because they have earned the right to be there.
I suppose you two were as equally as glad to see us get relegated from our one season in the second tier, so we could get back to where we belong. No, thought not. Hypocrites.
