Loved both of them. Couldn’t wait to see their name on the team sheet. Oh the disappointment when either one were injured or suspended. My dad tells me that’s how he felt with Wagstaff. He only went to watch Waggy and nothing else mattered at that time!!!

And Steve Wilkinson, don't think I saw him miss a one on one, though he probably did.

Ivan Hollet and Mike Stringfellow were both worth watching as well.

That was a great game, only marred by the defeat and a load of us getting parking tickets after the Police told us we could park on the main road!

Stant and Wilkinson, what a great pair of strikers. But I do prefer the way the celebrated their goals. A great deal of dignity unless it meant something to them and us.
