Not sure if this has already been mentioned, however what happens to our ifollow subscriptions? Do we continue paying for a redundant service or have they said otherwise?

there is still content and there will continue to be content. However obviously not commentaries if that is primarily what you subscribe for. You can cancel at any time, as some people might during the close season.

Hi Martin, thanks for the info.

What about subscribers who live abroad, such as myself, who are paying more for a service that is no longer being provided. Do you have any information on that?

I have emailed iFollow but they are yet to respond.

Thanks

Albuquerque Stag - no I don't have any more info. Most overseas subscribers have paid for a season or half season, and I'd guess that would simply extend to whenever the season will finally end. The EFL have already stated the aim to complete rest of the season. The situation is I suppose to akin to season ticket holders.

If you’ve already paid up front I say you’re already doing the best coarse of action in contacting them. I suspect they don’t even know yet as they don’t know when the season will end and what contractual obligations that gives them.

If you’re paying monthly it appears you have a choice whether to cancel or continue.

As far as I understand it, the club receives around 70% of the income from Ifollow.
Bearing in mind the financial issues that all clubs are going to suffer while there is no football being played, surely any supporter who hasn't suffered a drop in income should continue to pay their subscription to help the club through this difficult time ?
I appreciate people are losing jobs, losing hours, losing income and they have to reassess the situation day by day, but at present I am lucky enough to be still employed full time and working from home. Therefore, I am quite happy to continue paying £4.49 per month even though there is very little return for my money.

just to re-iterate, there will continue to be content on iFollow, such as re-runs of classic matches. So if you're interested in such things, then just hold fire on cancelling your subscription for a few days until you see what's coming.

You will get a free pass when it eventually gets played, it will be same as the actual ticket that I have in my pocket for the original match. The game is just postponed at the minute.

Will sadly be cancelling my monthly subscription today. Every penny counts now and feeding my family is what matters.

We've got plenty of full match replays coming up over the next few weeks, such as Chesterfield away from 02/03, Carlisle from 01/02, Rotherham 3-2 away win Boulding and Greenacre, Hereford away Conference winning season, and plenty more.

If you still want to cancel, send an email to ifollow@efl.com saying please cancel my subscription to iFollow Stags. yourname. youremailaddress.
