Well he inspires confidence in me ,this season has been car crash for us ,think he knows what we need ,who we need and how to get it ,lets hope so it cant be any worse

Most managers would give academy players achance if they were "good enough".

It's making them "good enough" thats the problem.

Hopefully GC can do this.

Hit nail firmly on the head, how good is he at developing players? I must admit I expected a lot more from JD in this department,but i think he was the wrong man for the remit he was given, or the right man with the wrong remit, depending on how you look at it.

The frustrating thing for me is that if JD stayed in that role at the academy and worked with GC then we could have a very bright youth future. It’s no coincidence that we have some good talent coming through
