So close? We threw away what sounded like an undeserved lead. Nabbed a late lifeline and then got mullered in the shootout.

Cheltenham on Saturday hopefully goes our way. They are on a bit of a slide of late. Probably a great time to be playing them. Port Vale beat them 3-0 on Saturday with Pope getting an 8 minute hat trick

Neal Bishop did not look interested when he was defending at times. He let playets run past him and did not close the ball down.

Don’t think there’s a player in the squad who’s regressed as much as Benning in the last 6 months. Gone from probably the leagues best left back to being a liability.
Has he had any competition? Another thing JD failed to do, he's just expected the back four to carry on with out anything to freshen it up and keep it on its toes.

Not followed this due to lack of interest.
Not surprised, not really bothered.
Here it comes.......
JD Out.
You've got to go there and come back, to know where you've been.

That's two competitions we are out of in a week.
If Dempster keeps his job for another fortnight you can wave bye bye to our third chance of being competitive. Radford needs to act now.

Benning passed straight to the keeper. Soft pass. I've seen us pass it back to our own keeper from a similar position harder.
Just poor. Port Vale were wasteful and were there for the taking. But 86 minutes to make an attacking sub sums us up.
For me OSJ is now ahead of MacDonald in the pecking order. Too many experienced pros playing like they've only just starting playing football yesterday.
As for not getting the breaks, we get our breaks from our opponents poor finishing. Make no mistake, Port Vale would have won at a canter if Pope was playing tonight.

If JD stays for another game, you can say bye bye to any chance of a decent attendance.

Ye your right. But it was as close as you can get considering we were 1 goal down at 90 minutes. Gave us a chance. But we blew it as you say.

It can't be the players. They are the best squad in the league and Flitcroft did a disastrous job by not getting promoted with this squad.
Or.......We sacked a very capable manager and gave the job to this joker.
I said it after the first home game because it was already blatantly obvious to see then. No fitness, no discipline and no plan. Absolute garbage

Is everyone including the owners so clueless...the players are doing what they need to do to get rid of the manager...you can disagree with it as much as you like...it’s happening.

It’s so obvious, they are more than capable If they want to be...as annoyed as fans will be by their lack of application, a few wins under a new manager and we’ll all be singing songs about ‘best midfielder’ etc it’s a fickle old game lol
Come on radders do what needs to be done and let’s get on with the season
