Sod it. I'll do it. I know formations. I'll threaten them with having to sit and listen to me talk about how the back 4 is dead but also a solid plan B for 3 hours if they play crap.

I won't even cost that much tbh. I'd probably be on less than the YTS lads.

I took the stags to European glory on football manager. Plus I follow a few decent players on twitter so they are as good as signed.

If we want someone with passion who already knows some of the players, what about Jamie McGuire? Initially as a caretaker manager. See how he fares. With it being a caretaker role he can go back to being head of youth recruitment when a new manager is appointed.

We need to do this properly, no more rushing into decisions. If dempster is sacked (some say when but he's still in the job) we need a caretaker for a few games and interview any applicants who look promising.

Whilst I rated DF he was appointed as gaffer days after Evans left. It was decided 4th wasn't good enough and within 24 hours we appointed dempster. Please, let's not rush into the next one.
