Jimmy Saville was never convicted in a court of law, perhaps you think he's should have his knighthood reinstated.
Forestieri did it, it's not the first time either. The FA, EFL and individual clubs have to be able to discipline players, we have just sacked one ourselves, should he be reinstated?
