Hope Wrexham get back this time . They’ve served their time in the pit of misery.

How long have they been down there now? Seems like every year they get so close but never achieve it

12 years now is it?

Wouldn't say every year that they've come close, quite the opposite, they've become an average conference team... they've finished 5th once, 4th twice, 2nd once and that's it... rest have been out of the playoffs and in the one playoff final they got to they got battered.

Welsh club that should be in a welsh league.

Wrexham more than done their time..great memories as a kid of the glory years of the 70s playing them, would much rather be playing them than Forest Green or Crawley.

I'd love to see Wrexham back in the EFL. A proper team who have had their share of dodgy owners and who are now owned by their supporters. I've always enjoyed visiting the Racecourse Ground particularly on 14th May 1977. I'd rather have Wrexham back in the league than the likes of Fleetwood, Crawley, Forest Green Rovers, Salford, Franchise FC etc

Didn’t Wrexham come down with us? Paul Cox was there today.

Two points dropped for Notts really. Wrexham haven’t won away THIS YEAR & Notts had plenty of chances to win it. Great following again, that’s both Stockport & Wrexham who have brought big followings. It’s going to be a shock to Notts fans when the likes of Bromley & Dover bring 25 fans in January!

Agree they have served their time down in the basement and we have had some good fixtures over the years with them be good to have then back.
County must do at least 2 seasons down there before they are allowed back.

Ahem.

:hysteria: Spot on whiffy lad.
But hey they've paid their money so they feel an entitlement to barrack one of their own players as though it's gonna help. Probably makes them feel good as though it'll counterbalance their own sad lives.

I'm sure many wouldn't mind either way ;)

I was wondering if anyone would pick up on that ;)

We have an element of cave dwelling 'forehead slopers', but i'd like to think most still know we need to earn promotion rather than demand it. Notts on the other hand, many still seem to believe ancient heritage and club size are the deciding factors - must be from the high brow education that only Clifton & Meadows can bring! :P

Part of an interview here with Alan Hardy.

Interesting he confirms that Tyler Walker was on 5k a week.

I don’t for one second believe the highest paid player they had was on £2,500. There are at least 2-3 players that would’ve been on more than that

To paraphrase the interview ensuring no one wastes their precious time on this man more than they need to, Alan basically says, ‘Its all about me, me, me, me, me, me’.

Alan on behalf of everyone that has taken an interest in football - go away.....forever.
