Whatever job he gets next, I'm sure he'll bring a "synergy" to the way they play

This all seems to be based on the Bolton website doing a season preview on Doncaster and mistakenly naming Flitcroft as their manager based on a dodgy wikipedia edit.

I'm sure he'll also "Galvanise" the players.
Good luck to him though.

Surely, being not happy, is the natural state for a Donny fan.

Hope he succeeds. He was unlucky here and he’s a good manager who tries to play the right way.

Wish him all the best.
Surprised if he found his way to league 1, the conference was probably more suitable for him

I hope he's spent his time reflecting on what he could have done better especially with a team that was capable of achieving a middle of the table position in Division 1 never mind top 3 in Division 2

Wish him all the best. Still a young boss in relative terms who'll learn from the cliff edge end to last season, as we all will.

No poster gets paid to do that, so guess not an issue.

Wow that would seem like a dream job for him if true decent guy and had we got point at MK Dempster would still be at home running the academy today
Players let him down a bit I think although he did have faults

Think Tommy Lee said on the Undr The Cosh podcast that Flitcroft liked to use big words (galvanise) to appear clever but when he wrote big words on a whiteboard in team talks, it was full of spelling mistakes. Gave the impression that players saw straight through him and therefore afforded him little respect.
