interview with Craig Davies

Postby Martin Shaw » Thu Jun 06, 2019 9:24 am

Interview with Craig Davies available on iFollow (9 minute interview). I'm sure snippets will be available on the club twitter/facebook pages soon.

Very interesting. The word frustration gets mentioned quite a lot as you'd expect. He talks about the MK Dons game and how he wished he could have been fit to make an impact.

Really hope he can feature strongly this year for us. Remember seeing him on the opening game of last season and thinking he'd easily be in double figures for us

Craig, like Edders, will start the 2019/20 season in possession of abundant vigour and positiveness.

Bring it on.

I thought he looked quite good at the start of the season and got a few goals. His goal against Colchester was a great strike. I think we would've been promoted if he was fit the full season, would've contributed 10-15 goals imo

No I didn't. Did they say he was injury prone?

I'm sure he still scored like 14 goals in a team that got relegated which isn't shabby at all

They said he'll start off looking good, score a few we'll think wow we've got a shell of a player here, then he'll be out injured for most of the season.
Were they wrong?
