Which current Stags player started his career at Uxbridge FC?
I once played against Uxbridge FC in the mid 90's when I was based at RAF Uxbridge, that's how crap they were then!

Doing a French weekend lunch. Cooking and drinking all afternoon
Cockles in white wine and shallots.
Roast pork, Dauphinoise spuds, greens and sweet red cabbage.
Baguette, cheeses, plenty of wine, Stelling on Sky.
Unbelievable Jeff!

Your French weekend could be completed with another French tradition, a surrender.

Watching "Final Score" with my fingers crossed hoping for unlikely wins for Cambridge, Oldham and Stevenage.

The weather up here is supposed to be consistently bad for the next few weeks, do they have any other home games in quick succession? Hopefully they'll end up with a congested fixture list and it'll make them easier to catch.

Hopefully news will filter through of Haslam's death too.

Not going to a game today but I went to watch Donny v Barnsley last night with Donny having Matty Blair, Danny Andrew and Ben Whiteman in their team. They also included Malik Wilks, Tommy Rowe, Andy Butler and Kieran Sadlier who all played recently against Stags reserves at Alfreton. Very good 1st half in which Donny were the best team and should have taken their chances to go take the lead. Malik Wilks had a good header saved and John Marquis missed the follow up. James Coppinger nearly volleyed one in from a corner. Barnsley looked dangerous on the counter attack though and nearly scored before half time. There were not many chances at the start of the 2nd half but Barnsley started to come on strong in the last 20 minutes and had a couple of good chances. Marosi saved well from the dangerous Cauley Woodrow. Donny brought on Alfie May as a sub who was signed from Hythe Town and his pace caused Barnsley a few problems. Kieran Sadlier nearly won it for Donny near the end.
Matty Blair had a good game and the sponsors gave him Man of the Match. I thought Donny's centre halfs played well, Andy Butler and Downing. They did not miss much in the air although distribution was not always great. Pinnock looked good in defence for Barnsley who used to be at Forest Green Rovers. Dimitri Cavare also played well at right back for Barnsley.

I had a stroll round Rufford!
You've got to go there and come back, to know where you've been.
