Yes Atkinson showed it Saturday, never got up n down the line, gifted them a back pass and was generally all round average, which is not good enough

that's not what I am saying. He isn't a first-teamer, we all know that.
but he isn't as rubbish as people make out.
We cannot have a squad full of first-teamers unless you are a team with more money than sense.
Squad players like Will are vital to any team down the pyramid. Don't moan about not getting starts but come on and put the effort in when required. Could have Anderson instead if you like?
