Brilliant day.
I hope that he's able to do an announcement before the game tomorrow.
This day is a thoroughly massive day in the history of MTFC, to be rid of that leach for the first time in pushing 3 decades is an amazing feeling.
The efforts and achievements of the Radfords are amplified when you look over the border at Chesterfield and down the road at County.
Cheers both

Hope Haslam chokes to death on it..the flipping parasite.
Funny I always remind myself of haslam whenever I have to remove a tick from one of my dogs...vile disgusting things that can only exist by sucking the lifeblood from others.

The best part of our success and upturn of fortune is that HaSLuM never seems to get a mention or gets discussed.
Long may this continue, the air is fresh and the feeling is good. On the 15th of this month he will obviously get a name check but I hope it is many eons since his name is brought up again on this site unless it is big news / hold the front page stuff (eg: ex MTFC owner jailed for fraud etc etc ).
Just reading a post on the topic of HaSLum seems to bring negative vibes and a rain cloud over things akin to the famous Wacky Races cartoon.

Fitting that the first match after the final payment is against the same team as his first match in charge.
That's the day that an announcement should be made, not tomorrow but once the payment is completed.

Does it matter that the ground is owned by the John Radford Stadium Co.Ltd rather than by Mansfield Town Football Club Ltd?
Those accustomed to privilege may feel that equality is oppression.

No. In 2 weeks time it won't be owned by Haslam. That's the important part.
If I remember correctly, didn't Haslam have a "no sell on" clause for x amount of years making Radfords promise of giving the stadium back to the club/fans difficult?
I think once payment goes through he Dan do as he pleases.

From my point of view it doesn’t matter as long as both companies are controlled by the same person.

Haslam doesn’t own it now and hasn’t done for the last seven years.
It’s a bit like buying your house on a mortgage, you own it from the off but just borrowed the money and repay it in seven instalments.
