:) With the players going one step beyond pushing us up the League , Madness strikes as Cowley says our goal should not have counted

Creepy crawlies had a good 3 -0 win Saturday so we need to be quick out the blocks on Tuesday night.
Try and get that early goal on the score board so there chins drop .
Hopefully our not so well players are better and ready for the battle .

DF his a STAG that means buying around of drinks in the Sandy Pate Bar before the match on Tuesday night

Yesterday was so important, confidence wise, after the spanking in the cup. I think the lads will be buzzing for Tuesday. Despite the illness in the camp I'll go for 3-1. COYS

I think it's gonna be tough with the bugs and strains in the camp. Creepy have had a confidence boosting 3-0 win on Sat so their tails will be up no doubt. We need the strikers to start striking.

Ollie Palmer will be playing so we'll need to score twice at least.

Not seen it on here, but for those who didn't know, you can park in the Dairy again until the end of the season.

Was he injured or banned ?

If the later he will be raring to go.

Cheers for information.

He will be up for it. Hopefully they won't change their starting line up after a good win.

But he will definitely play some part, probably as an impact substitute.

If Ollie Palmer is fit then I expect him to start. He is Crawley's top scorer and one of the top scorers in League 2. The Crawley manager described him as a Championship player when he plays with intensity after their 6-2 defeat in the FA Cup against Southend United. It was a shame that Crawley beat Crewe 3-0 on Saturday as they were in a poor run of form. They have struggled away this season. They are 5th on their home form but 21st on away form (2-0-7) based on points.

Massive game this, a win would be huge.

Team selection will be interesting with how many players weren't 100 percent on Saturday, i would say White will come in for Atkinson and Khan for a rested Hamilton.

Every time the Stags fans goad Ollie Palmer, he scores against us! Can the supporters please not 'encourage' him this time! ;)

Seriously, this is precisely the sort of game that could produce an unexpected defeat. We have played a lot of games and are looking tired. We will need to be on good form if we are to claim the 3 points. COYS.

Khan could start and bring Hamilton on for the last 30 mins.

Hopefully the players have been rested since Lincoln and those who are badly taking antibiotics to get rid of the tonsillitis in the camp! Get 3 points tomorrow and thankfully we have a week off with no game Saturday

Difficult timing with the sickness in camp, the bonus being if we can get through this there’s time to rest up. Hopefully the players can push it and get a result knowing there’s some recovery time.

Prediction 2-1 Stags. We go 2 up, they get one back and Palmer comes on...

30Apr16 Scores the only goal of the game for Orient.
29Aug17 Puts Lincoln in front in the Checkatrade Trophy as Lincoln go on to win 3-1.
06Mar18 Sub after 80 mins, scores equaliser for Lincoln after 90 mins.

I got to know Ollie a bit when he was with us, and have spoken to him subsequently. The booing definitely spurs him on. Let's leave it til we're 3-0 with 2 minutes to go :D

I don't know why but i am thinking a lethargic 1 - 0 loss. Runs have to come to an end. Our lads have had a huge schedule and its games like this which catch us out..

However I am hoping for a classy win and pearce to nail Palmer

This is when the manager earns his corn. It's a squad game not a team game. He must play the best team that is best equipped to win. That means taking into account fatigue, illness etc...

We've got a good squad so he should use it. Wisely.

I am hoping for a 1 or 2 nil win.

Going for 1 1
Ollie to run around like made and pop in one of his 2 yard out from goal chances and wind up the Stags fans big time.

He will miss a few as well though !!

I'd love to have our strongest team on the field, but I think we have a couple of positions that we can switch out.

Depending completely on team fitness I'd go with;

Kahn in for Hamilton
White in for Atkinson
Davies maybe starting, with Rose being rested

Not sure what I'd do about Mellis

If Mellis has a hamstring injury (and he can only play at 60% - his quote), then I would have him on the bench. Bringing on Mellis & Hamilton for the last 30 mins could be a very effective plan.
