Can we please ask again about more card machines in the ticket office and Kiosks please? Also could we ask if the club shop could open at a weekend during the summer May/June? Sounds petty I know.

10 minutes into 2nd half yesterday v Rotherham, I nipped off to the loo.

I couldn't help notice there was a load of pies left at the kiosk. So after going loo, I nipped back to the kiosk to get a pie ( I don't need a pie but I thought I'd help the club).
"Pie please"
"We're closed"
"But you have a load of pies & I have cash"
"We're closed"
"So you won't sell me a pie?"
"No"
"So you'd rather chuck these pies away than sell me one?"
"We're not chucking them away"
"So you want to sell me this pie next week, when it's a week old and reheated?"
Disinterest shrug

2 things, abysmal customer service and given the prices the club charge I don't want week old reheated crap.
Facts do not cease to exist because they are ignored.

Why were one of the exit gates still closed and padlocked in the IGU at full time after the NEWPORT game. This was causing congestion for fans on the staircases and could potentially have been dangerous

Surely exit gates should never be locked during games ?

The club make a massive mistake week in week out at half time, turning away masses of business

The sandy pate has about 4 people in, double it and you’ll easily make your money back and then some, doctje same at the kiosks where the people are slow and lethargic.

I’m not moaning for the sake of it, doing so as it want the club to make money

Toilets continually out of use in IGL and still only 1 handryer working out of 4.
Health hazard and even worse than last season.

There wasn't any hand dryers in the North Stand bogs in the 70's, not sure if there was a wash basin even and I'm still here 40+ years later. All this health hazard stuff

Know what I mean. The North Stand bogs contravened the Geneva Convention on biological warfare.

Hand driers. :)

You can avoid the need for hand driers by simply not urinating on your hands.

If you think about it the average male, spends longer washing his penis in the morning than the rest of his entire body. This pristine trouser snake is then popped into clean (unless you're some kind of animal) pants, where it stays safely tucked up until you need a wee.

In the time betwix morning shower and first piddle your hands will have come into contact with all sorts of nasty stuff. Yet after peeing it's considered somehow dirty not to wash your hands. Surely you should be scrubbing you penis in the sink, like you'd just climbed off a Bangkok whore?

there is nothing about Boreham Wood on the homepage of Stagsnet. Nor has there ever been, as we have never played them.

this is the Stagsnet homepage. There is no Latest Mansfield updates other than
"The Stags lost 2-1 at West Brom on Tuesday. Visit the Match Centre for the Stagsnet report, while for all the post match reaction, ...", plus the last and next fixture, and league position.

So it looks like you are referring to this:
http://www.fanbase-links.co.uk/mansfiel ... links.html

For clarity, this website (fanbase) is not related to Stagsnet. I have no idea who runs it, and I have no control over it.

I also don't understand why you are associating it with Stagsnet.

The food and drink kiosks are ridiculous and have been for hears. Why do we carry on to persist with one taking money and another giving out food/drink? The queues in the QLE are ridiculous at times.

The reason it is set up that way is for hygiene purposes. Staff will not handle money and then handle food. The kiosks are open from gates open to 10mins before full time. There are also 2 kiosks in Quarry Lane the larger one has the space for 2 tills therefore the queue will go down much quicker. I hope this helps with your query.
Please feel free to contact me Danielle.Hett@mansfieldtown.net or give the club a call and ask to speak to me. should you require any further information.

Hi Danielle,

I was wondering if the club had ever thought about getting card machines in on the Kiosk's? Would make life a lot easier and could make the club more money from people who dont carry cash?

It’s a fantastic idea and one we have been looking into. Contactless in particular. The kiosks are very busy especially with the introduction of the membership scheme in Quarry Lane. The club is constantly improving parts of the stadium bit by bit. Patience is required as we are trying to improve the matchday experience for all.
If you have time to come to the stadium on a non matchday I would be happy to have a chat about new ideas

Thanks Danielle that makes sense although it doesn't stop the frustration, I rate fancied an ice cold cider at half time

I agree contactless payments would be brilliant. Don't know if there would be an option or space for a separate bottle bar?

my only complaint is the 50/50 half time draw, if you go into the SP at HT you never get to hear the numbers, it can't be hard to advertise the full draw result as we do the weekly Friday one can it?
