Great news, another piece of the jigsaw goes in.

I seriously thought the council would reject this application, solely down to the fact it's not the council's preferred site / partner.

When a planning application is approved it is always "with conditions".

These conditions have to be met by the developer and are agreed prior to permission being granted, a formality.
