There's only one A38 derby. Mansfield v Plymouth.

or Aston Villa, Birmingham City, Cheltenham, Bristol City, Bristol Rovers and Exeter City. Not sure which ground is closest to the A38 though.

Saturday will be a season defining game for both teams but more important for Sutton. If they take three points they go above us and they need at least a point to keep in touch.
I think they will go flat out early doors hoping to grab a goal and then sit back and protect their lead. If they don’t succeed early I think we will come more into the game but equally won’t over commit through fear of conceding.
Our midfield will need to improve greatly on last night if we are to get the win and we need players back to achieve that.
I’m hoping for a win but my head says we will probably settle and play for a draw as a defeat would be disastrous. Another very nervous 0-0.
Hello! Hello! We are the North Stand Boys.

Sutton average a point a game on the road. The highest ranked side they’ve won against are Newport in 16th.
I’d like to see us take a more ambitious approach, rather than a must not lose as it ended up last night.

A38 starts in Plymouth ends in Mansfield. All the rest are just places to stop for a wazz.

I’m beginning to want to see flinders start in midfield over boateng. The lads obviously got talent but he seems to have not brought it to mansfield.

Pedant moment here - it actually starts in Bodmin.

Second longest road in the UK behind the A1 too.

Sounds like none of the injured players are going to be back, I thought Clough said we would get some back and then be ready with 10 games to go. Just frustrating.
1-1 this.

Despite Sutton’s poor away record, I really can’t see us winning this without Maris or Reed back. David Ajiboye is one to watch out for on the right for these - he’s terrorised us before and we’ve seen how susceptible we are to pacey, direct right sided players.
1-0 Sutton. Lee Angol.

No Maris no win. He’s the only midfielder who gets us ticking, oh well Nigel knows best

The A1 is the longest A road in the country at 410 miles
The A38 is the longest 2 digit A road at 309 miles
Bristol Rovers is probably the closest to the A38 as it is almost adjacent to the A38
Villa Park is very close to the A38(M) near spaghetti junction.
