I reckon Perch will be in a 5 with either Harbottle in the back 3 and Hewitt LWB, or Hewitt in the 3 and Wallace LWB.
DKD will replace Oates, I think.

0-1 to the Stags

DKD to score on debut

Really hope we win this as I thought Hughes goading at the West Stand after our home defeat was both uncalled for and not classy

Where as NC will probably come over to thank our away fans for the support rather than trying to wind up the home fans at Bradford

Let’s not pretend NC is a saint on the touchline, he spends an awful lot of time ‘debating’ with the fourth official. His patented ‘point to the where the ball went out and keep pointing as the opposition player gradually inches forward down the line’ is a personal favourite of mine

Pretty standard for a manager that any less and I’d be worried.

I'd start Swan up front with Akins.

Swab starting never seems to be impactful, when up against fresher defenders seems to get bullied/managed IMO. I’d start Oates to tire them, occupy… they’ll remember him from last year

I’m talking about Mark Hughes deliberately turning to the whole of the IGS and waving his hands up and down goading us at the end of the match

So directed purely at the home fans. Not players/Refs or other Managers

I was not referring to touchline behaviour. As sombody pointed out, that’s all Managers

Can’t remember seeing NC do that at all the away league games I’ve been to this season. All of them basically

Was a good win for them hanging on with ten minutes added, I don’t see the issue at all.

No issue, and he was more than likely celebrating towards their directors in the upper tier.

I'm all for players and managers giving it back to fans as long as a line isn't crossed, whoever they are. We cant give it out and then cry when they give it back after they've beaten us, I'd do the same. I'm in Lower E and a lot of the away dugouts take it in good spirit.

Hasn’t there normally been a press conference by now ahead of the game?

For balance - I recall NC got very annoyed at a Newport game and was gesturing to the Newport fans. I think it was the game with the O’Toole sending off for the headlock.

I have it on very good authority that DJ will not feature in the match day squad

Well said

My last comment on the matter is that I was also at the Newport game last season and saw NC frustration but

In my opinion it’s not the same. Bradford won fair and square. There was no reason for Hughes to react like that but to RUB IT IN AND GOAD

So like I said before. I’ll take great satisfaction if we beat them Saturday for that lol  the. Then the matter is over. I’ll be happy

And like Zod said. It was definitely directed at us not Bradford Directors

Agreed, never got those who get in such a flap over harmless goading etc. Alright for fans to give it out to managers and players but become snowflakes the minute they dare do a similar act themselves

Maybe had we been less raspberries against bradford and actually turned up it wouldn't have happened in the first place!

Last time out I went to a pub called The Castle, up the hill towards the ground from Bradford Interchange. It was like a time machine. The prices , the drinks the interior, the lot.

Also went to a bouncing pub with a Thai kitchen, not sure I could find that place again.

Neither were Mansfield pubs.but they were both fun.
You've got to go there and come back, to know where you've been.
