Bradford clean air zone (no charge for private cars)

Postby part time pete » Tue Jan 31, 2023 12:06 pm

Anybody driving to the game on Saturday needs to check if your vehicle needs to pay the charge.

https://www.gov.uk/clean-air-zones

The ground and surrounding areas to and from the ground are in the zone.
Those accustomed to privilege may feel that equality is oppression.

However

Charges will not apply to passenger cars and motorbikes

But coaches have to pay £50 and taxi £7

I'd rather die in a fire than contemplate living or working in or even visiting London

Really. I’ve never heard anyone say they’d rather “die in a fire” than live in London.

Appreciate (I assume) you didn't mean it, but not a great statement when referring to Bradford!
