If we do go up and Salford don't we should pull out all the stops and sign Bolton no 24..... his speed is phenomenal.

What’s Bolton’s number 24 got to do with Salford not going up?

Stevenage two up now. In League One Posh are two down at home against Cheltenham, Ferguson to be sacked and replaced with McCann at half time.

Better to have points in the bag, than have games in hand!

I liked Cook when he was here…obviously the manager didn’t.

He didn't do much for us to be fair. I don't think he liked being with us.

Could just do with Colchester and Swindon both equalising.

Swindon level against Carlisle, be a brilliant set of results if they stay this way and Colchester can nick a leveller.

Bad day out of office in reality. Both teams we need to catch have won.

Well that went from looking like a decent set of results to being pretty rubbish very quickly.

Current table suggests 84 points required for promotion maybe 85.
That’s 29 or 30 points from 13 games. So 10 wins or maybe 9 wins and a couple of draws.
Or an average of 2.25 to 2.33 points per game.
Possible but a very big ask.
On the positive side it’s Carlisle v Stevenage next week.

It’s a good day for making the playoffs and a bad day for top 3. Although looking at the fixtures there is still some give in Carlisle’s fixtures.
If we want top 3 we need 4 points minimum from the next 2 games. Anything less we can forget it, and focus on top 7.

To be fair both Stevenage and Carlisle had very winnable games today, Walsall haven’t won a game since the 1st Jan and Swindon haven’t been good either.
