I would welcome him back in a heartbeat when the current manager’s reign comes to an end. It could be quite a few years yet though and I’m sure a league club will give him a chance before then.

A bit skeptical after his last time here, but I'm sure he's learnt a lot since.

He knows his stuff defo, my son as a youth team er trained with the first team a few times and Muzza would often get frustrated with some of the players he had when they couldn’t do what he did for example. Would often show some of them by pinging a ball 30 yards to someone’s feet and then be frustrated when one or two players couldn’t do it. Had high standards, agree would have him back straight away but with a good budget

If you compare his time here with the managers we’ve had since he’s the only one who achieved//overachieved. Had smallest budget. Kept us up and had us in within reach of play offs till March time in his only full season. Massively underrated what muzza did with us.

If he came in next season for example, with the teams that are likely to be in the league next year, budget will probably end up around 6th/7th best.

Really pleased for him.

I'm not that keen on Fylde though.

He did keep us up but also we were heading back the season after when Evans stepped in.

His football was horrible to watch though, basically set up to draw every game. Signed some alright players though

:)

Having made 53 appearances on loan with Mansfield Town last season, Bishop - who's out of contract at the end of this season - is now back with the Red Devils, training with De Gea and Butland in the hope that he'll soon get a chance to impress in the first-team.

This was a fascinating read and I do wonder just how many footballers it affects. Interesting that it was lockdown that brought it into focus for both of them.

As someone who with ADHD and with it in the family I recognise so much of what they say

It appears he was diagnosed after leaving us, but blames the club for his drinking and gambling habits, saying we never offered him any support.

I do wonder if it was offered but he refused it? Also, how would the club know in lockdown his challenges if it wasn't highlighted to them.

Until you can admit it to yourself you will never be treatable
