People’s yellow grassed back gardens might take a battering but out pitch has been well looked after. It was the best I’ve seen it in ages on Tuesday. Plus it’s pretty much stopped raining now.

I think Mez's worries about the money spent on the forever troublesome patch in front of the Ian Greaves Stand were more than alleviated today.
The pitch was excellent which contributed to our entertaining style of play.

The pitch looked magnificent even after a downpour. That work must’ve been good.
