Tough Start, Easier Finish

Based on the bookies odds,

Stags tough start includes 6 out of 7 games versus teams predicted to finish in the top half of the table (includes the top 3, Stockport, Bradford & Salford).

Stags easier season finish includes all the last 6 games versus team predicted to finish in the bottom half of the table (includes 4 of the bottom 6).

Definitely better to have the tough run first. Hopefully picking up enough points during it.

Experimental361’s write up for the League Paper

At least the early fixtures against Tranmere, Bradford and Stockport are at home. Tranmere and Bradford have made massive changes to their squads, so hopefully will still be settling in. Stockport have retained their National League players and may need time to adjust to L2

We said our opening ten games would be tough, a result against Crewe win or draw would be good.

With 5 wins 1 draw and 3 loses so far, i am happy with that now let's beat Crewe :D

Current form puts us on 82 points. I'd be hapoy if we maintained that. None of that 14 without a win, 14 without loss malarky.
Facts do not cease to exist because they are ignored.
