Just been on line to try and book my three season ticket seats assigned to me for the Derby game and all three seats are the wrong row and number. Cant get through to the ticket office on the phone. Anyone else got the same issue?

Done it now through my iphone rather than PC and it is showing correct seats that way so bought them.

My apologies to the office. I sent an email and within 5 minutes got a call and a nice young lady talked me through the procedure. If you're having problems email them and they will sort it PDQ

There seems to be a problem with the site, it’s saying my season ticket and the whole row is unavailable, it said this about the whole block against Rotherham and there were plenty seats free.

I can book a ticket for the IGU but cannot choose my seat , row or block , just a ticket in the IGU , complete rows sold out , looks like the color coded seats are not correct . Think they should be opposite way around with the grey ones available and the green ones taken.

You need to select my account and then convert orders.

Season ticket holders need to go via ‘reserved items’ when on the website.
Those accustomed to privilege may feel that equality is oppression.

I went on and couldn't book my season tickets so I assumed they weren't reserved and booked other seats nearby. Never mind we live and learn!

You aren't alone, I did exactly the same for last Saturday's game.
Did it right this time.

So you go into your account first before selecting tickets?

I haven't used it yet but in case helpful:

When you go into it the ticketing website you'll need your season ticket number(s).

You can find it/them by logging in and going to Purchased Items - Order History.

Hit the dropdown and this should give you your season ticket number(s) which is MTFC0001111 (say) and any others you booked.

You have to put that into your ticket purchase when you do it.

I went on line today to practice ahead of the Salford tickets.

I struggled to link my account with my friends and a carer but rung the ground and was talked through the process.

Superb customer service from the office team

Hopefully tomorrow should be a breeze.

My email address is different from my father in laws so had to log in with 2 separate accounts, is there any way 1 email address can order 2 tickets if you have the ST number. Think I'm there with ordering Derby tickets but mines gone to me work address so won't know till tomorrow.

You cannot link the accounts but can buy all your tickets from one account.

You select the tickets you want and then allocate them to the season ticket. It is your name and then the MTFC number.

Well this is what they told me - I will update shortly as I am about to try it in 4 minutes ;)
