According to Alan Nixon, Scunthorpe want him on loan

Meant to be highly rated, next step in his progression will be a loan to a club higher up the pyramid.

As long as he gets game time it would be an excellent move. If he’s only for cover and they want him to sit on the bench then he shouldn’t go. Games are imperative at this point of his development.

I’m guessing he will not be allowed to leave until we sign a second keeper?

The National Leagues is definitely the right move, but I’d be nervous about Scunthorpe.

I expect them to have a bad year next season and I’d prefer him to be at a club who have good foundations in place.

Somewhere like Halifax or Solihull

I'd rather send him to a crap team so he has plenty to do

We need to give him a new deal if we are loaning him out again, heard some good stuff about him.

From an on the pitch perspective I agree.

It’s off the pitch which is the problem at Scunny. The last thing a young player needs is to be distracted by ownership issues and arguments between the fans and club.

Or would that dent his confidence if he lets in a boat load due to a poor team?, I really don't know.

This last season he played in a poor team as they were relegated from Conference North.
