So what about those of us who are Amber members and do not live anywhere near Mansfield, and I literally mean nowhere near Mansfield. How can we get to use our membership and get on the SSA bus, surely there has to be some kind of flexibility, some kind of fairness, please, I just need 2 tickets for the bus and my mate lapsed his membership due to Covid and he also lives nowhere near Mansfield

Surely they can get some coaches in from nearby city's, such as Derby or Sheffield etc?

I assume any non-member tickets already purchased will be honoured?

So SSA members can’t travel together with their partners or family if they are non members?

Priority to those that travel regularly...

We are in a situation where we have too many fans for bus drivers...

Of course we are going to get families who don't normally attend going, but ssa are rightfully looking after those that keep it ticking all year round

Please dont forget coaches have to pay congestion chargers and coach parking which is well over £200 per coach

Once again the SSA has decided to cut off those members like myself who do not live within close proximity to Mansfield and so cannot obtain the benefits of their membership. In light of this I think it would be appropriate for the SSA to change its name to Mansfield and District Stags Supporters Association as the current name suggests it is an association for all Stags supporters irrespective of their geographical location.

I doubt they could justify putting on a bus from Ireland. ;)

I am sure if you had asked, someone locally who posts on here would have gone down and booked you a seat for you.

I couldnt book a seat because you had to apply in person, with cash. and since I live in the nether regions of N.Ireland neither could be achieved so I couldnt book a seat even though I am an Amber member of SSA. As for someone booking for me, how do they know who I am, they could be booking for anybody. The simple answer was of course for the SSA to establish some means of communication between its far flung members and itself, but it closed down both it`s e-mail and telephone links.
