Statue

Many clubs commemorate their history with the statue of a club legend. Who would you go for if we did one?

Harston, Johnson, Waggy, Arnold? Sir Mal?!

Dave Smith, Peter Morris or John Radford

Sandy Pate, Kevin Bird and Ian Greaves have already been recognised

Not sure who else sits in their bracket?

We need to give up with Wagstaff. That’s a one way love affair.

I would have said George Foster, but he has tarnished his own reputation recently

Tom Naylor for his performance against Luton. Plus the only way he’ll come back.

I'd like a statue of a football stand all the way along the Bishop Street side of the ground.

Definitely Jonny Radford

If the family stand ever gets rebuilt it should be the Jonny radford stand

My sentiments exactly.

I've been banging on about a new Bishop St stand for many decades - It has become a standing joke on this site  I wonder if I will ever see it in my lifetime.

As for a statue ... it would have to be JR.

Many Decades? It was last used in 2004 and until 2000 when the rest of the ground was redeveloped it was no worse than the rest of Field Mill.
As this moment,if it was a person, the statue would have to be of John Radford, although history shows that life sometimes throws a curveball.
How about a 10 foot high bellowing stag?

Steve Prindiville.

I think a statue of JR would smack of megalomania.

Maybe Michael Jackson ? There’s one of him going spare I believe ?

I like the Stag idea.

No idividual has done enough at Stags to warrant a yet (maybe JR or Cloughie one day :D )

I can think of some of our defenders over the last few seasons who made good statues. :(
