Stephen Quinn joins permanently

Postby MTFCMusings » Mon Jun 14, 2021 12:57 pm

QUINNIESTA! Really pleased with this, was excellent on loan last season. Gives us a creative spark from midfield, particularly when playing on the left of the diamond and linking with McLaughlin

Very pleased to have this one over the line.

Even at 35, he’s class at our level

A more important signing than Tom Naylor in my opinion. Welcome Back.

Has to be the most experienced player in League Two, that has played at the highest level.

4 years younger than Wes Hoolahan and he was a big part in Cambridges success last season .

Thank god for that

I was in “over the line” deficit.

You’ll have to offer your analysis of what he brings to the side. I’m fascinated to read you comments of what he did well last season?

Fantastic news. Great to have Stephen Quinn back as a permanent signing. He is a top quality player. Quinniesta was my highest rated Stags player last season. He built up a good Irish partnership with Stephen McLoughlin down the left as well.

Very pleased about this. Cracking player and it’s so clear to see he’s played above this level throughout his career. Nice to have that experience.

Great news and with Johnson’s signing we’ve reached our quota of strawberry blondes so Tom Naylor turning us down was a good thing

Sensible to give him a 1 year deal at 35 imo.
