I think a documentary would make Nigel run a mile. He strikes me as a very private person. I don't think he would want to be any of JR and Carolyn's videos either. He likes to keep his cards close to his chest.
My thoughts too, it doesnt seem to be Cloughs way of doing things. I don't think this would especially appeal to most managers.
Some over weight, Scottish manager, who left us to manage in China, would probably be all over this if Wrexham weren't non league.

Other good candidates would be Steve Evans, Phil Brown, Keith Hill, John Sheridan, John Yems, Joey Barton, John Coleman, Derek Adams, etc
Don’t forget Graham Coughlin or John Dempster

I'd have thought a big candidate, given the prospect of a documentary, would be Sam Allardarse (sic)

If we had Steve Evans in charge, I'd be worried
The only job we need to worry about coming available is the Forest one, and the way they're run it's almost every 6 months now

Is this gonna happen every time a vacant job comes up?
Gary Caldwell was odds on favourites for us at one point. It means nowt.

Exactly, why would he want to go go Wrexham? Cloughs jobs have been Burton, Derby, Sheff utd and us. Tells us he doesn't travel long distances to work. He's loyal too and doesn't flit between jobs like someone we know..
Like I say, we had some daft names in the bookies when Coughlan was sacked. Clough will not go to Wrexham.

Well the good news is , if NC is tempted away, there is apparently a fabulous manager, worth his weight in gold, on the other side of the M1. Rumour is he wants to get to the top, so my guess is he would jump at the chance of bettering himself by coming to us

We wouldn't be able to afford the compo, he is worth millions apparently!

I've merged the Wrexham posts from various threads together, and given the thread a suitable title

Reading the Wrexham forum is a laugh! Talk about deluded. They are seriously mentioning names like Eddie Howe, Pochetino, Big Sam, prizing Koeman from Barcelona & paying £4 million compensation to Swansea for Cooper!! Oh and the most ludicrous of all, Nigel Clough from Mansfield!

Those taffy's are so common. At least when we spot someone filling up its at Sainsbury's after tucking into a Nando's.
They've got Clough spotted filling up at a Shell garage on the Mold road scoffing an out of date sandwich.
Hilarious some of the names they are suggesting.

Why would Clough leave a club with our potential, quality owners, quality CEO, a squad he knows and it’s only 30 minutes drive to work everyday?
Not unless he’s been offered a dream job in China?
But when Evans said "He could manage a Chinese", KKT, he was referring to the Number 54 with fried rice and prawn crackers he was about to order.
Pessimists are never disappointed.

Clough has had a very positive reaction from Mansfield fans and brought his staff with him, and forming a good relationship with Both Sharpe and the Radfords.
Having enjoyed a challenge with small budgets at Derby and Burton it must be nice having a level playing field.
His job here has just begun and he must be looking forward to the challenges the next two seasons bring.
From a man who knows Clough well after many many years, With Nigel here ,i can sleep at night.
Wrexham it is Fluer hoping her wildest dreams could come true, Good luck to her has C.E.O, and tell the owners they have one job to do.
Pick the right manager, and let him do his job.
