Demolition job.

WhoScored says 15 shots, 6 on target. Think that’s about right.

I hope you read my comments on the Spireite thread before they got deleted.

Are you still peeing your pants over that?

Come on enjoy the win. What did you think to the performance?

Great for that to be that!

We’ve got a great midfield on our books. Clarke, Lapslie, Maris, and Quinn are as good as you’ll get at this level when they’re fit for me. Big work to be done in the summer on the attack and defence, but really looking forward to seeing how we address that now.

Think Sinclair can play a good part next season too. He’s got ability and makes a nuisance of himself and is already getting himself on the scoresheet on a few occasions.

we’ve got the makings of a decent side with the midfield and the manager - even then we need to explore wide options for midfield as it’s too centralised (thanks coughlan) but there’s room for optimism.

I make they 47 points from 34 games for Clough. Over a full season that is 64 points, which would have had us 13th in the last full L2 season.

That's the most one sided Stags win I've seen for a long time. I counted 15 chances for the Stags to score. Could have been 6-0.

Really hard to pick a MOM but I thought George Maris ran the show and Ollie Clarke, Stephen McLaughlin, Stephen Quinn, James Perch and Tyrese Sinclair played very well. George Lapslie had a good first half and Ryan Sweeney and Farrend Rawson were rock solid in defence.

Aidan Stone had the easiest game he's had all season.

Maynard was on the bench, not sure if he came on with 5 mins to go.

Completely dominant throughout. Well done one and all ! As I posted recently, the experience & quality of the likes of Perch, Quinn and Maris has steadied the ship and seen us comfortably home. If Nigel can bag a quality defender, GK and a couple of strikers who consistently convert chances, next season will have us focusing on the other end of the table. Bring it on !

Excited for next season now! We need some new additions for the new campaign and we will mount a serious challenge under Clough’s guidance.

An excellent performance against a very poor Scunthorpe who offered nothing going forward but were quite dogged in defence with plenty of blocks.

Well done to all concerned now let’s get to the end of the season without any more defeats and build that confidence up.

Great stats on the players, I take it Stone didn't have more than the 50 odd against Orient.

Can't wait for next season, just a shame it's over 3 months away.

Would be a good time for the club to announce season ticket details, a couple of wins on the bounce, safety mathematically confirmed.

Perch did very well against one of his former clubs.

A goal and two assists, not bad for an old un.

First name on the Retained List?
