For my part, I am frustrated that there is a risk of missing another game in circumstances I don’t think are necessary.
By all means, show the funeral on TV and allow everyone who wants to pay their respects to do so.
But it is unnecessary to blanket footage on every channel and postpone events so those of us who would rather watch our teams play are able to do so.
