Does anyone know if he is still with the club? Haven’t seen him in the dugout since Clough came in other than the first couple of games. Maybe left or gone back to an academy role?

Funnily enough I was thinking the same - Jamie doesn't appear on the list of Academy staff either.

he was certainly active with the youth team when I went to the FA Youth Cup 1st round game at Bugbrooke in December. Not heard anything to the contrary since then.

I’d be disappointed if he’s been let go without any comment. He’s a Stag.

His Wikipedia page hasn’t been updated since December 2019 when he took temporary charge of the first team.
I’d be surprised if he’s gone unless the position is being lined up as a sweetener for a new signing. I must say I have a lot of respect for Jamie and his very professional approach to the game. Although he went down town with the other players he would never drink alcohol. His encouragement of young players was also outstanding and he did a lot for CJ Hamilton when he first came to the club.

He is, through and through. I would be disappointed too.

Not far off the truth, spoke to him the other day as he came round the farm near me in his new tractor. He said “he would be working in the top field”. “Pardon”, I shouted back over the roar of his tractor engine. “Far Ploughing”, he replied and pointed.
Yes, this is the depths I have been driven to.

He was living in Farnsfield but his house was sold 3 or 4 months back . Disappointing if he has just gone without recognition.
