Don't quite understand why pre season effects Clarke, players return from injuries all the time.
It's not a criticism, just don't get it.

He didn’t have one. Therefore the base fitness that is built up throughout it, he didn’t get.

Worried that Clarke, Maris and Lapslie are out, especially as he doesn't seem to play Charsley in there.

Mcloughlin, Quinn, Law Charsley in a diamond formation for me.

I think the ball will be sailing over their heads a lot tomorrow night. I'd be tempted to bring Ryan Sweeney back into the team to give us more height at the back. Rawson and Sweeney played well at Carlisle.
