Nigel Clough told iFollow Stags:
"George Lapslie felt his hamstring, didn't feel 100% comfortable with it, in the 20 minutes that he had. So we'll assess whether it's worth risking him.
"Hopefully Oli Sarkic will be back available again."

Nigel Clough wants Mansfield Town to build on win over league leaders
chad.co.uk, By Stephen Thirkill, Friday 12th March 2021

Nigel Clough says Mansfield Town must now build on their midweek win over leaders Cheltenham Town.

Stags have not won in their last five away outings and travel to Crawley at the weekend for a match between what Clough says are ‘two of the most unpredictable teams in the league.

But Clough knows the importance of coming away with something in order to kick-start an unbeaten run.

“We need to continue in the same way (Cheltenham performance) if we can and put in a complete performance,” Clough said.

Nigel Clough says Jordan Bowery can bag plenty more goals if he finds a selfish streak
chad.co.uk, By Stephen Thirkill, Friday 12th March 2021

Mansfield Town boss Nigel Clough believes striker Jordan Bowery has got more goals in him.

Bowery has bagged ten goals and five assists so far since joining on a free transfer from MK Dons in the close season..

But Clough believes Bowery, who scored twice in the midweek win over Cheltenham, can bag even more goals if he develops a selfish side.

“I think he has got more goals in him certainly,” said Clough. “He played more central the other night and if we do that more hopefully it will help him.

The sound quality and volume for Nige on the Zoom calls is often poor on these videos - makes it difficult to hear him!
