No, we don’t want the dribblers back in the league yet. For once I hope the cheats stuff them.

We don't want them back either. I think they fancy their chances via the playoffs.
So perhaps a draw and a few sendings off may be best.

I can, what's the point in spending loads on our academy/training facilities to sell our best youth prospects to our non league local rivals?
They might be interested in Jimmy, but I'd imagine Clough/Sharpe/JR would be smart enough to not sell him. Not yet anyway!

I think the poster may be refering to, coming home early etc.
He will be in our team next season, stronger with more experience.

Why would he come home early??? We knew that in January loan players can only be rcalled in transfer windows

Yes, we can't recall him and they voted to continue the conf so
Now we've got Bowery, Reid, Sarkic as our strikers there's a good chance of Jimmy being in the first team next season.

When does his contract end? If it end ends at the end of the season then he'll probably become a Notts player and we'll be 'compensated' by a tribunal.

https://www.chad.co.uk/sport/football/i ... own-961044Says 2 year deal in 2019. I would assume a extension clause but can't find anywhere that mentions one.

The fact that Nigel was happy for him to stay at Notts County, despite knowing that Maynard & Cook were going to leave suggests that he might not rate him that highly. In the summer Nigel will have a wide choice of available strikers. I wouldn't be surprised if we sign two strikers in the summer who would be ahead of Knowles in the pecking order. And we might therefore accept a bid.

I'm sure there's a rule that after a certain date loan players can't be recalled in a window to prevent sides recalling players on deadline day and leaving the loaning club short.

He is only 19, plenty of time for him to improve, NC should give him next year on the bench and blood him in a few games.

Just scored after opposing keeper went up from a corner, ran from inside his own half.
