I watched the whole of the extra time of the Burnley game on my smart TV with no further issues, I think a bit of patience whilst it connects is all that's needed. In the end it was a great picture, HD quality on a 55" screen so I'll be watching the Stags game this way, but will have the laptop on standby!

I've tried it through the internet browser on a Samsung smart TV, but when you try and logon it returns a blank screen. I'll be using an LG TV later and will give it a try, but I'm expecting to have to use the traditional laptop/hdmi route.
Isn't it peculiar that after all these years we're still fiddling about with various clunky technical solutions!
