I thought that was a great tackle. Unfortuntely it's not 1980 and the game is gone

Boateng's injury appeared to be his shoulder, so probably down to how he landed rather than Mayonaise kicking him.

Played quite well tonight IMO, especially playing on a yellow for 70 minutes.

Defended very well and didn't panic when on a yellow

Almost unrecognisable from the early performances. Well played, Rollin

George, don't you think playing in a back four made the difference instead of being dragged out wide continuously as the wing back went missing in GCs awful formation?

He isn't perfect, but he's young and has shown enough to make me think he can be a good player. Great performance tonight. Just what he needed for his confidence. Clough gave him his big chance and he took it.

100% GC sticking with 3 at the back over and over showed how clueless he was

Yes, he was also largely one on one close in rather than being run at from the wings. He and Sweeney looked as strong as Rawson and Perch against Sunderland. We now look as though we have four centre halves.

Man of the match for me tonight, made some crucial blocks and defended brilliantly.

As with Bowery, a handful of games is not enough to judge a player. Bowery has played at a higher level, you can tell. A natural scorer maybe not, but so strong and the most effective of our strikers (scoring apart of course). Rollin is young, NC has seen enough to stick him in ahead of Rawson, he was right.

One fan on their tw@tter is really unhappy about that tackle on Boateng. I thought it was a cracker.

In a back 4 he looked far more assured. Well played Rollin, keep doing that!

Looked like he got the ball but studs carried on into shin to me.

Great performance Rollin, one goal saving block.

He was excellent tonight. Very self assured. Sweeney looked very comfortable with him too. Well pleased for Rollin.

I agree with Sneag, great tackle although some follow through which gets penalised now. No studs were showing, his outstretched foot was flat to the ground.

Brilliant performance by him tonight, he made key blocks and won balls in the box. Up there as MOTM for me. Like CJ one thing which will always separate him is his natural athleticism, he reminds me of Tafazolli too in that sense.

I could be wrong, only saw the real time tackle.

I thought he was excellent tonight, as were a few others who have taken some stick on here, Stech, Reid and Bowery.

He played well, taking Boateng out definitely helped our midfield out.

Someone already mentioned it but he reminds me of when Taff first joined, he had all the attributes but had to learn how to put it all together. He has plenty of room for improvement but I also see the potential within him, it’s just a question of how consistently he can do it this season?

I agree with the comments on here regarding Rollin’s performance.
Although there is room for improvement and clearly NC will bring new players in some of GC’s write offs look like they can make a contribution.
