All you can point out what he's done well is that...I forgot we sign strikers to try overheads against conference rubbish... Sorry but his overall game isn't good enough, just my opinion and not seen anything else to suggest I should change it.

Change of system was interesting when we went to 4-5-1, with Bowery out on the left. He saw a lot of the ball in the left channel and eventually led to the winner.
