Well done to this female manager of a men's team, Mary Phillip, ex-England captain.

Identifies as a football manager who led her Peckham Town team to their first trophy.

Awesome stuff... We need more of this at non league level and hopefully it will slowly work its way up the pyramid to the EFL.

Well played her but look how far down the ladder it is. It’s encouraging but I think we are a fair few years from female league managers

Different sport, but Miami Marlins baseball team have just appointed a female General Manager Kim Ng.

This role is more like Director of Football than head coach though.
