I'm on windows but should be good either way. On the video there's a gear icon in the bottom right. Click than then audio and select away. Look for a gear icon on you're stream.

As for audio only I'm not 100% sure how it gets resolved.

I've raised the "audio only" issue with iFollow. Here's they're response...

That info relates only to changing commentary from the home reporter to away. My ifollow is broadcasting the wrong game altogether.
