Things can change very quickly in football. If you had stood watching the youth team games especially the FA Youth Cup and said that Josh Scott would get a 2 year contract next season and Rio Molyneaux would be released and Jimmy Knowles would go out on loan to Notts County then nobody would have believed you.

Yes agree

Football is about the opinions of the managers and coaching staff at that time nearly all pro footballers get knocked back at some point by someone it’s how they bounce back that shows how much they want it I guess

I think his size has helped along massively. They probably feel he’s got physical attributes and the rest can be worked on.

Was talking to a coach yesterday down at the res, and he said that he'll work his socks off and be very committed, which was one of the reasons for signing

Was he the one who laid on the goal for Knowles against Forest U-23s. That was what Dean would call a piece of 'ratting' pressurising the defender into losing the BALL
