Cook is looking alot leaner.

If he's fit and ready to go I think he'll be a huge asset this season.

He is. I like him a lot but he did carry a bit of timber last season. He will be a top striker in our division if fully fit and lean. I trust GC to get the best out of all our players as he seems no nonsense but also empathetic towards those that want to win.

Done quite a few of these type of team building things when i was working ,great for getting people together ,and great fun ,probably more beneficial than an overseas jaunt
