The club cannot control how a player behaves. This is down to the individual who should have their own personal standards.

You cannot stop it happening ever but do all you can to prevent it happening again.

I am guessing the club learnt alot from last year and put in place a procedure that allows them to act swiftly and within employment law which we have seen this year.
