Would not go below a 25% sell on. Sure other teams will follow if Blackpool rumours are real

Why no manager played a right winger with Cj on the left I will never know, talk about stretching defences. Anyway, we will be a severely depleted team without him, and i reckon if the figures are correct then Blackpool will get a bargain and we will be the laughing stock again.

Alan Nixon reporting it is for 200k.

Think we’ll miss him more than most are saying on here.

I think in the right team CJ is a top player and has been great for us considering we picked him up from non league football.

However under GC we will be a side that get the ball forward quicker and put plenty of crosses into the box, something CJ has struggled at with on the whole a poor end product

I think CJ could play in the Championship possibly in a left wingback role so hopefully we get a decent sell on

Good luck to him

I would expect us to sign someone like Stephen McLaughlin now

It’s true, and it’s 200k apparently.

Didn’t really want it to happen at £300k let alone £200k.

That deal wouldn’t impress me. It’s not massive money by any means.

Will be sad to see him go. We desperately need some flair, creativity and pace bringing in.

He’s definitely an exciting player when on form. He’s also our only player with any pace.

It’s easy to say when it’s not your money, but for 200k I’d rather keep him and see what he can do this year, and let him go for free next year. That’s not taking into account what the players wants to do obviously.

We finished 21st - we did have deep problems. That said CJ was still a great weapon when managed correctly.

There’s still a long way to go for us in this transfer market for it to be a successful one for us (on paper). At the moment from our underperforming side we’ve let go our top scorer and now selling a player that has the ability to change a game. Relatively pleased with our incomings so far but (assuming Cook leaves) we need another 5 quality additions minimum if we want to compete at the top end next season in my opinion. Probably 6 if CJ goes too. The squad needs some players bringing in that are comfortable on the ball and have an eye for goal.

2 x CB
2 x CM
1 x CF
Then potentially CJ replacement as well.

We really do need to keep CJ here.
Teams are terrified of him , always marked by two men.
Wingers have and always been inconsistent at every level of football
I am sure the managet will get the best out of him this season

I would be gutted if we sold CJ. He doesn't get the credit he deserves, when he's played on the left wing he causes a whole world of problems. His passing and crossing has improved so much, he puts so many good flat balls into the box that a lot of fans don't seem to give him credit for. The problem the past couple of seasons has been poor central midfielders not gambling and bursting a gut to get on the end of some of these balls.

£200,000 is an insult.
