Sharpe and Nidge seem confident of signings, with us selling Rose unexpectedly I can see us having some wiggle room left. None of the summer signings would be on mega bucks, we paid a few fees but the squad is young so I'd imagine their salaries reflect that.

We have wiggle room, but clubs are going to take the piss with demands, it’s always difficult in January and will be even more so this year.

I reckon we'll loan some players in, or free agents possibly.

Was sent off for Oldham when we beat them 6-1 last season. Also played against us for Crawley.

Kept a clean sheet and won 1-0 as well.

Odds on the first poster saying he'd do a better job than Stech and they'd have him back ?

Conrad Logan is a better shot stopper than Stech and kicks the ball more accurately. Am I in the top 5 in your betting?

Not a good day to be a manager of a team beginning with B! Barnet sacked their manager too.

Forward, Owen Windsor (19), has returned to West Brom from being on loan at Grimsby Town. He scored 1 goal and 1 assist from 10(2) league appearances. He won them the game at Leyton Orient and has been one of their better players in the games I've seen. One for the future.

completely anonymous against us. He was one of the better players when he came on as sub against Newport, but that wasn't saying much. Not convinced by him.

He didn't play well against us but he did liven things up for Grimsby against Newport in the 2nd half as a sub. He's only 19 and so still has plenty of potential. Watch the highlights of the Orient game.

Barnsley have agreed a fee with Forest Green for defender Liam Kitching. He has had a good season and is good at bringing the ball out of defence and joining in attacks from a back three.

Do we only have room for 1 more player in the over 21 category?
It's going to be very difficult to reduce the squad size this season without paying off contracts.
Can knowles come back (under 21) and we loan out Reid to make a space?

I think we have room for four more over 21 players subject to the Salary Cap as Joe Riley is a long term injury; and Alistair Smith and Jason Law are out on loan. That leaves us with 18 over 21 players and you can have 22.

Nigel Clough could also decide to deregister a player from the squad.

Jimmy Knowles is U21 so he does not count but I think we can deduct the money we receive for him from Notts County for salary cap purposes.

wouldn't be surprised he hardly plays does he? Seen that he'd scored two but when I've looked on fotmob he rarely seems to be starting.. Not good enough for that league anyway and bloody stupid GC got rid.

In fact looking at the players GC released, just shows how clueless he was. We lost so much quality and players with certain qualities were missing badly now.
